  I have had to return to this McDonald's more then once because they messed my order up, and I have no proof of this but I think there was spit on my food, also they still don't have biscuits and gravy all day so therefore I have to drive all the way across town to get that. When you ask for a biscuits and gravy they act like you are asking them to pull a tooth or something definitely considering not going back their again. Also their ice cream machine always has an issue I had a friend who worked their and they told me so many disgusting things like they let the food sit and keep it heated so it's most likely never fresh, they watched someone blow their nose in a sandwich and gargle a customers drink before giving it to them, commenting calling them names not to their face but making fun of them for their weight. I don't know if they were telling the truth or not but it makes me consider if I wanna go out of my way just to eat at a McDonald's. The one on breiel has messed up a few times but in my point of view at least I haven't heard those gross things about them and they have biscuits and gravy all day.

  Completely done with this McDonald's. 2 time in 3 days they have screwed up my order. The first time there was a missing mcchicken, and no straws or the salt/ketchup we asked for..... Tonight I get home. And my mcchicken is missing, again. And the buns on what we did get are hard as a rock.... 15 dollars an hour? I think not!

  Very horrible, have had to return food so many times over the years because it was messed up. Have seen employees being very unsanitary, have had the managers act like they could careless right to my face. Had a very rude women over the drive thru speaker being very rude and use the name Jesus many times because she kept messing up my order. And don't get me started about trying to get ice cream or a shake because those machines are always down, hell this place can't even keep up with making tea. Will never come back to this place, not even for a cup of coffee.

  Absolute poor management and customer service. Lunchtime on a Sunday it's very understaffed waited 40 minutes in line and with food with only 1 registrar open on the busiest day of the week.
